For Win7 run in WinXP SP3 mode.
(rightclik RinexDates.exe and choose properties)
Do not place the file in your \Windows\Program Files directory

Once you have the program running see the About window for additional info.

Change the rinex dates in *.obs, *.nav and .sp3 files by Christof Lambrecht.
Thanks to Dario Canosa for the insight on the Rinex format and John Minor for testing and tips.

What it does.

Select mutliple files, the program opens the chosen files and will look up the date/time 
stamps.
These will be set back to a valid date/time with the same day of week, only the year value and 
the corresponding gps week are modified.
The modified files are written to the same directory but with a prefix e_OldFileName or with an
edited file extension wich holds the new year value (for GPSurvey users)
The original files won't be changed since they're openend by the program in read-only 
mode. See update 1.4, orignal files are renamed with .bak extension when you choose to 
overwrite

- when using the Report function to reset the dates after TGO processing be sure not to select reports with data from before and after 1st of march.
